In home page you will find an option “New Registration” so select it and a new web page will open in that page select “Modification” option to modify application form.
Now enter credentials in respective fields and followed by captcha then select option “Submit”.
You will redirected to application form where you have to edit application form and select proper option which you want to edit, editable option will be just near to field.
