Bride and groom can apply after a month of marriage.

Applicant must follow below steps to obtain marriage certificate online.
Steps 1: applicant has to visit official website of Bihar government.
Step 2: you have to click on “Act, Rule, etc”. Option on home page.
Step 3: move page form where you can download application from registration of marriage under Bihar Marriage Registration Rules.
