Assessing authority after verification when satisfied with application proposed and payment made for registration will give a certificate of registration to property owner in prescribed form.

Online Rajasthan Property Tax Payment Procedure
To make an online payment for property tax in state of Rajasthan, follow steps mentioned below:
Visit Official Portal
Step 1: applicant should visit official portal of Urban Local bodies of Rajasthan.
Step 2: Click on “Citizen Services” tab which is present on homepage of portal.
Property Tax Service
Step 3: Select “UD Tax” from list of services displayed as shown below.
User Registration
Step 4: Then you will be redirected to login page if you are a registered user applicant can be able to login with existing details.
Step 5: If not registered user, applicant has to click on “Register now” then new user registration page will open up.
Registration Details
Step 6: Enter appropriate details such as name, password, email id, mobile number, address and click on “Save” button.
Provide Login Details
Step 7: Then you will be redirected to login page now enter login details and press “Login” tab.
Step 8: On next page, new property registration will appear where applicant needs to provide relevant details of property and click on “Save” button.
Payment Selection
Step 9: You have to select payment mode for property tax which is displayed below.

Receive Application Number
Step 11: After making payment application number is generated for further reverence.

Offline Rajasthan Property Tax Payment Procedure
To make an offline payment for property tax in state of Rajasthan, follow steps mentioned below:
Approach Municipal Corporation Office
Step 1: applicant has to approach a nearby municipal corporation in area.
Submit Property Tax Invoice Details
Step 2: Submit property tax invoice details to concerned authority of municipal corporation office.
Make Payment
Step 3: Then, make payments in cash counter as per estimated amount of your property.
Acknowledgment Receipt
Step 4: applicant will get an acknowledgment for payment of property tax for further reference.
Collect Property Tax Bill
Step 5: After verification, applicant can collect his property tax bill from same office.
Penalty for Not Paying Tax
If a taxpayer refuses to pay tax within specified time limit, assessing authority may impose a penalty which will not be more than one thousand rupees.
