To get admission into all diploma courses in all polytechnic colleges across Telangana sate the candidate should qualify the TS POLYCET exam. The qualified candidates are only eligible for participating in the counseling process of TS POLYCET 2020.
Important dates of TS POLYCET 2020 Counseling:
The tentative dates for the counseling of TS POLYCET 2020 are given below.

After qualifying in TS POLYCET 2020 exam, those who want to participate in web counseling they need to pay the counseling fee. The fee for General/BC category is 600 INR & 300 INR for SC/ST students.
TS POLYCET 2020 counseling process will complete n four stages
Stage 1: Certificate Verification – On the specified dates which are given by the SBTET authorities, those candidates need to appear at the counselling helpline centres. The officers will check all the certificates and documents of the candidates and they will issue a receipt to the candidate.
The certificates and documents need to carry at the verification stage
- TS POLYCET 2020 Hall Ticket
- TS POLYCET 2020 Rank Card
- SSC Certificate
- Bonafide certificate and Transfer Certificate
- Aadhaar Card of candidate
- Income Certificate (strictly issued after 1st Jan 2020 by the authorities)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Residence Certificate
Stage 2: Options Entry – Candidate should log in with his/her TS POLYCET 2020 hall ticket and rank in SBTET board on “options entry” link.
After the successful login, the candidate needs to select the options as per their interest and click on the submit option.
Within the dates, the candidate can change the options order.
As per the scheduled date, the options will freeze. After this, there will be no chance of editing the options again.
Stage 3: Seat Allotment – On the scheduled date the board will release the allotment order to all the candidates to their registered mobile number. Seat allotment will be done on candidate merit rank, caste, income.
Stage 4: Self Reporting – If candidate satisfied with the allotment details he/she can report in that allotted college within the final date. If the candidates eligible for the full scholarship, then he/she no need to pay the college fee else need to pay.
Final seat allotment details will be released by the officials if any seats were still available there will be a chance of conducting the spot counseling. (Depends on availability of seats)
