TS EAMCET 2020 Notification Exam Dates Application steps

Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test is known as EAMCET. Telangana state conducting this EAMCET exam from last four years. This year JNTUH (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad) will complete the EAMCET exam and counselling formalities on behalf of TSCHE (Telangana State Council of Higher Education).

Important Dates of the EAMCET 2020 counselling Activity:

13 Options entry – Phase II 4th  week of July 2020
14 Phase III seats allotment results 4th  week of July 2020
15 Spot Admissions In 1st week of August (If seats available)

The EAMCET counselling process little bit different from the normal admission process. Here the below steps for participating in the TS EAMCET 2020 counseling process.

Step 1: If the candidate qualified in the TS EAMCET 2020 exam then he/she can eligible to participate in the counseling process. The qualified candidates need to pay the counseling fee. The payment can be accepted by the credit card/debit card/net banking mode on the TSCHE website.

Step 2: Certificates verification process is the next stage. Verification centres finalised by the TSCHE board. Mostly in all city headquarters of Telangana state, the verification process will conduct.

Required documents for the verification stage:

TS EAMCET 2020 Hall Ticket

TS EMACET 2020 Rank card

Aadhaar card of the candidate

SSC marks memo

Bona fide certificate & Transfer certificate of SSC

Intermediate marks memo

Bona fide certificate & Transfer certificate of Intermediate

Income certificate of candidate family (strictly issued after 1-1-2018 only consider)

Caste certificate (if applicable)

Residence/Local certificate of candidate

Physically challenged/NCC/Sports/Minority certificates to the candidate if applicable

(Note: If the candidate having more than 40% disability only he/she can consider as PH candidate)

Step 3: After the completion of verification candidates need to fill their options for colleges as per their interest. The dates will be released by the TSCHE website. On these dates, only the candidates need to give their options. This is very important, so please be careful while giving the preferences.

Step 4: The candidate can log in to the TSCHE website by their EAMCET hall ticket and rank in the specified link. After that, he can change the password and complete the process of options entry.

Step 5: On the specified date given by the TSCHE board, they will release the seat allotment results. The candidate gets the allotment results to their registered mobile number.

Step 6: If the candidate satisfied with their allotment result, then he/she need to report in the college within the date. If college fee is applicable the candidate needs to pay at that time else no.

Step 7: Those who not satisfied with the allotment result, the candidate may take the next phase of the counselling process. Same as like phase I.

Step 8: Certificate verification stage & options entry. This will help if any candidate not utilizes the 1st phase of the counselling process.

Step 9: On the specified date, candidate will get the allotment result to their registered mobile number through SMS mode. Then candidate need to report in the college within the last date.

Step 10: The final stage of counselling for those who still want to change their allotment result and those who not appeared in the two counselling phases. The same process will be in the 3rd phase of counselling also.

If any candidate needs to cancel their admission due to any reasons before the final scheduled date they may personally contact the TS EAMCET convenor.
